That refers to funny image macros and means that generally videos and screenshots are not allowed. Exceptions include explicitly humorous and short videos, as well as (social media) screenshots depicting a funny situation, joke, or joke picture relating to socialist movements, theory, societal issues, or political opponents. 2. Anti-Imperialism means recognizing capitalist states like Russia and China as such
That means condemning (their) imperialism, even if it is of the "anti-USA" flavor.
3. No liberalism, (right-wing) revisionism or reactionaries.
That includes so called: Social Democracy, Democratic Socialism, Dengism, Market Socialism, Patriotic Socialism, National Bolshevism, Anarcho-Capitalism etc. . Anti-Socialist people and content have no place here, as well as the variety of "Marxist"-"Leninists" seen on lemmygrad and more specifically GenZedong (actual ML's are welcome as long as they agree to the rules and don't just copy paste/larp about stuff from a hundred years ago).
4. No Bigotry.
The only dangerous minority is the rich.
5. Don't demonize previous and current socialist experiments or (leading) individuals.
We must constructively learn from their mistakes, while acknowledging their achievements and recognizing when they have strayed away from socialist principles.

Notable achievements in all spheres of society were made by various socialist/people's/democratic republics around the world. Mistakes, however, were made as well: bureaucratic castes of parasitic elites - as well as reactionary cults of personality - were established, many things were mismanaged and prejudice and bigotry sometimes replaced internationalism and progressiveness.

No. I expect the government to take care of that.
And how do you think that works?
There are literally multiple agencies that exist just to do that, and the current administration is pretty loud about their commitment to taking care of me. I'm confident it's being handled.

The united states government. Im confident they'll take care of me if I contribute enough to society.
Ok so if you’re an American you cannot count on social security to exist unless it can invest in the market. You have a massive glut of old people and fewer to replace them. That means your government cannot afford to maintain social security unless your population grows substantially and it is shrinking.
SO if you don’t plan on killing yourself you will either need to move to a nation whose population is growing OR you need to become a stock investor via mutual funds. You will have to become what you hate.
Yes, social security to retire on is what i mean. The multiple government agencies that are social security. We are absolutely having the same conversation.
The math is the same no matter which agency you are talking about. The funds either get invested in a market paying a return or you need a much larger working population than a non-working adult population paying taxes to maintain these payments.
The math for the next few decades does not support the idea that the government can afford to cover retirement as Gen X is so much smaller than the Boomers unless they take in a lot more immigrants which is unlikely given how racist Americans are right now.

Nope. No resources, nowhere to go, no friends in places not heading the same direction at similar pace, and i expect it to spread wider. It kinda always does.
Sick of running anyway. Sick of everyone who could help me bailing when im in a bad spot. I think people running away and not stopping monsters, being polite and looking away, grumbling and surrendering their agency to 'representatives' who only ever seem to represent the interests of apocalypse cultists or kleptocrats, is a big part of how it got this bad.
And with the climate going the direction it is, no matter who and where you are, you're fucking delusional if you think your money's going to buy an old tired body jack shit in 20 years, much less 30, 40, 50, if we dont stand and fight for a better more equal less searing world, fight with weapons, starting sometime early yesterday.
