ADHD coffee gang (I use coffee instead of perscription meds, long story)
I'd do 1 filter no rinse, medium-fine grind (like table or kosher salt), 11g to 200ml water. Pour 50ml water off boiling, wait 30 seconds, stir, then add the rest and add the plunger. Wait at least 2 minutes to brew (up to around 7, really doesn't matter), plunge, enjoy! Tweak time and ratio for your liking. That's my standard aero recipe!
