My reaction on some level too.
Whenever someone I know says they are going on holiday to America I lose a good deal of respect for them. There's so many reasons to go literally anywhere else. Not least, the cost.
It's like, you want to go on holiday somewhere where you can eat even more expensive McDonald's and pay a fortune to get around because there's no public transport. Oh, oh sorry I didn't realise that you wanted to go to the Star Wars world at Disney, my bad...
I can see it if you wanna see like the grand canyon or something. But not right now in this current political environment
She visits New York multiple times a year. I think there should be a lifetime cap on trans oceanic flights, at least for pleasure
