So a comrade on here from Palestine, who's situation is dire, no shit, asked me to help him do some fundraising. He suggested this sub to post on and I did, I linked his gofundme. 6 hours later I was permanently banned.

ffs it's a meme sub about muslim, MUSLIM, cats and your banning me for sharing a muslims story? Death to reddit, death to techbro racists.

This happens for any sort of helping people when libs are in charge. I and my housing group have been banned from trans spaces for helping find homeless trans people housing. Some places online just want you to be toxically positive all the time and ignore the suffering going on outside

So yeah it's an unfortunately common reaction.
