The point about housing for asexual people is a really good point. With so many cities built full of large single-family homes, it really limits your options to 1 bedroom apartments, or having roommates. Personally I want garage space for hobbies that I can only get by renting a 3 bedroom house on my own... And my last set of roommates all went and got married.
