President Biden polled ahead of former President Trump in Pennsylvania, a pivotal battleground state the president won in 2020, according to a survey released Wednesday.

The new poll from Quinnipiac University found Biden received 49 percent support and that Trump received 46 percent support from voters in the swing state.

The 3-point lead over Trump comes after the former president received 47 percent support and Biden received 45 percent support in Pennsylvania in a Quinnipiac University poll in October. In a Franklin & Marshall College poll of Pennsylvania voters that same month, however, Biden beat Trump by 2 points, with 44 percent saying they favored the president compared with 42 percent for Trump.

I really hope so too. We really need the numbers to cut through the BS from much of the rest of the state. From the crushing defeat of the Pennridge and Central Bucks school boards, I hope that momentum can carry on until November. I dont feel I see near as much Trump litter driving around as there used to be. Not as many houses and yards plastered with it or trucks with Trump flags and all that.

Even after he's gone though, what's in people's minds isn't going to clear up in the near future. While I've talked to a few R voters who are tired of it, I still know others slipping deeper down in it. They would have voted R either way, but the ones I can still handle talking to are getting fewer, including a few extended family, sadly. I'm worried 2 are slipping into Q territory. It's really sad what this can do to some people for the benefits of a few con artists.
