tag yourself, I'm the anonymous Dragon Age II defender (I haven't played that game in like 10 years chomsky-yes-honey but I honestly remember having an alright time with it, then again I haven't played through Origins so I don't have that to compare it against)

I genuinely loved that you were just some random refugee schmuck trying to build a life for themselves and their family members while also helping their new friends with their problems and weird schemes. That's infinitely more interesting than some standard Bioware plot where you're a destined chosen one who has to save the world from being destroyed by the devil.

Unfortunately, basically everything else in the game was kind of ass with the relentlessly copypasted environments being the most egregious example
