Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

I think they used to be a semi-popular blogger on tumblr, they cover drama from the site but from what bit I've seen it seems more like sympathetic mockery as a former member of the community than outright derision.
I don't know anything about that, so I defer yo you. I clicked another one of her videos and she's advertising a payday loan company though.
I've only seen like 3 of them so IDK. Payday loans probably one of the scummier things to do ad copy for, up there with sports betting sites, not cool. Least do like a shitty VPN or men's hair product company.
