If it does, it's not hard to fix. :)
It's not the fixing part, it's the theory behind it. When the instance makes this a major selling point, it usually is trying to attract and actually attracts a certain crowd.
So far it hasn't attracted any bad behavior and the admin is a super nice guy. Works in tech (of course, who doesn't here, right? ).
I think it's not a major selling point either, just a bit of "open for all until we get actual problems".
There was some guy from exploding heads trying to pull over users to their instance however. They don't seem very nice at all, and seemingly blocked by a lot of instances.
