They're gonna be real disappointed with the version of "Tiktok" available in China
TikTok isn't banned in canada, or the UK, or a number of other english speaking non-US countries

Why would they VPN to the version of the app that has less English speakers?
to learn? To experience something new? Monolingual life starts loosing it's charm.

I still fell like unless you want to learn Chinese specifically, the non Chinese version would explose you to more foreign languages. Guess its up to you, but I'd imagine they'd just VPN to the same verion they're using now.
