He just looks more like a failed used car salesman to me.

Like I could have sworn to you that I bought my first car from the guy on the right, and that thing was a piece of shit.

Though it's weird imaging his voice coming from that normal looking dude.

I’m now realizing that he probably spends time practicing and training that voice, because just like every other aspect of his public persona it’s completely put on.
