autistic meltdown
I am almost universally a very sweet and cheerful and patient person.
I once got so fucking frustrated that I put my fist through a window, and it was so incredibly satisfying.
I had never done anything like that before and jfc did it feel good in the moment. The beautiful give and clink of the glass, the absolute shock of onlookers, the sting of the cuts on my hand โ it was amazing.
I don't wish the feelings that pushed me to that on anyone, but I wish everyone that kind of instant catharsis. ๐
