Rules:

- Vote based on comment quality, not agreement. This community aims to foster discussion; please reward people for putting effort into articulating their viewpoint, even if you disagree with it.
- No hate speech, slurs, celebrating death, advocating violence, or abusive language. This will result in a ban. Usernames containing racist, or inappropriate slurs will be banned without warning
We ask that the users report any comment or post that violate the rules, to use critical thinking when reading, posting or commenting. Users that post off-topic spam, advocate violence, have multiple comments or posts removed, weaponize reports or violate the code of conduct will be banned.
All posts and comments will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. This means that some content that violates the rules may be allowed, while other content that does not violate the rules may be removed. The moderators retain the right to remove any content and ban users.

I think a lot of people are overthinking this. She's supporting Biden because as of today the battle is "over"

No use falling on swords anymore, apparently.
This is going to be awful though, as Biden is going to get demolished in another debate, and it'll look terrible if he refuses.
Pretty sure ballot rules and campaign finance laws are a big reason why it is too difficult to switch.
If democracy is at stake, and the threat of fascism is serious, they should change the rules and laws.
Harris would have access to the funds from their campaign, she'd essentially inherit Biden's war chest. That's part of why she's the logical choice, she can actually use that money to hit the ground running in terms of spreading whatever message they need to get out in the event the candidate changes.
There are no ballot issues. Joe Biden isn't even on any ballots yet.
