micromobility - Ebikes, scooters, longboards: Whatever floats your goat, this is micromobility
Ebikes, bicycles, scooters, skateboards, longboards, eboards, motorcycles, skates, unicycles: Whatever floats your goat, this is all things micromobility!
"Transportation using lightweight vehicles such as bicycles or scooters, especially electric ones that may be borrowed as part of a self-service rental program in which people rent vehicles for short-term use within a town or city.
micromobility is seen as a potential solution to moving people more efficiently around cities"

It's a little sad that we need to actually say this, but:

Respectful debate is totally OK, criticizing a product is fine, but being verbally abusive will not be tolerated.

Awesome, that looks really fun. I have an ebike myself, I love the emobility revolution
Me too! The variety is just amazing.
I remember 10 years ago I wanted to try and get around on an escooter, but the tech just wasn't there and the range on anything affordable was trash. Being able to go nearly 20 miles on a $400 dollar device is just crazy now.
I completely agree, I really want to try one of those one wheel things, not the skateboards, just a wheel with small panels out the side. Looks crazy fun.
Every year I like watching the new "hottest ebikes of 202x videos" and watching the distances increase and the prices decrease.
Just don't buy a OneWheel from Future Motion, they are anti right to repair and badly designed
I don't want that shape anyway, but that company seems like crap.
Thanks, also a no go for me.
Oh yeah like the video I linked the one that was craziest to me was this:
https://turboant.com/products/x7-max-folding-electric-scooter?sscid=71k8_gh05i&utm_source=shareasale&utm_medium=aff&utm_id=2033777&source=shareasale&nb_platform=shareasale
Around $400 it has 18 mile range, but has replaceable batteries so $100 and a back pack doubles the range.
I didn't need that much range and preferred the seat/basket combo. But just crazy.
That one you linked to says 32 mile range! That's awesome.
I'm also really excited about airless tires, I got a couple for my bike and just riding around town. Not thinking about if my tire is going to pop or not make such a difference when I'm having fun on a bicycle.
I know there are some companies starting to make them in other sizes and I'm so excited for airless tires on ebikes and micromobility vehicles.
