I think my posture when playing the keyboard is fucked.
Whenever I practice for an extended period of time my back starts to hurt and I have to lie down.
Do you use like a piano bench? Ive switched to a smaller spinning office chair, that way I can be leaning back on it instead of hunched forward. Idk, might help. Other option is to play standing up like you're the synth player in a funk band.
Iโm just using a midi keyboard at my desk so I can use my computer to look at sheet music.
Hmmm ๐ค. Keyboard might be too high? I'm not an expert on piano technique, but all the really good pros I've seen usually have the board touching the top of their thighs. That seems to work best with weight of the hand technique, where instead of pressing down on the keys you just kinda let your hands fall on them.
