The family did not press charges, he said. Investigators were trying to determine the motive and were not ruling out a racial motivation, he said.
What is there to investigate? How could he possibly make it any clearer?
Thankful for this guy's terrible aim. Glad he managed to hit himself in the end.
It sounds like an overall asshole everyone hated who also happened to be a violent racist.
