Most likely is, they probably donated a fair amount of money to get their name on that sign. We have stuff like this at the hospital I work at.

Honestly I want to be amused, but at the same time this is so fucking insane... You'd tell me this was a screenshot from Idiocracy, I'd only question the lack of a colorful logo in there.

Supposedly this is at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Plymouth, Massachusettes. I would not be surprised at all if it's real; having a Dunkin' Donuts in the hospital would totally track for Massachusetts.
