I really like enamel pins, I have this one on my bag

I don't really, but I have a PRC flag pin on my nice backpack. The others I have strewn around the house. I'm worried that if I put them on things that I take outside with me that I'll lose them/they'll fall off.

My favorite are painted metal

I do. The partner and I get them from places we go. We also hot glue push pins onto smoosh pennys to make more pins.

I have a bunch of pins of consoles, handhelds and controllers from the N64/GameCube gen that I really like, as well as 2 figpins of Beavis and Butthead. Yourself?

That's neat! The only pin I have to my name is a red cross pin the one time I gave blood, lol. Sounds like a good hobby.

Nice! It's fun, especially if you get a board to pin em on and display, but it can be expensive 😅

I have a "this machine kills fascists" pin that we found in my grandpa's World War 2 shit after he died. I wear it to work sometimes.

Those people who have like a bag covered in pins are cool. Where do you actually get started on something like that?

Conventions (Comic/anime/etc.) are great, if not maybe Etsy? Lots of great ones on there.

Yeah. I put them on my backpack. Which I kinda' regret because in total they're kinda' heavy and make using it slightly more cumbersome, but it looks awesome at least.

You got a geedis by any chance?

I love pins. Since some have kinda shitty backings and I am attached to them, a lot of them sit in a bowl like I'm some sort of crow. My personal fave is probably Pikachu with a banjo. I also hope to buy the Dunsparce ones when I get the chance, as merch of my favorite Poke is kinda rare.

[–] Guamer@hexbear.net 2 points 5 months ago (1 children)

Is it this one by chance?

And Dunsparce is cute, lil fanged slug thing.

Yeah, I basically grabbed that deck up the second I could. Another cool aspect was it had a code for the online TCG so I had band Pokemon decksleeves.
