In fact, generally speaking, if you use anything from Big Tech and it's connected to the internet, assume it's adversarial and doing things behind your back that are not in your best interest.

Ollama with open webui if you have a computer lying around. I'm able to run the 7b models on a 1050ti. Be warned if you haven't hosted stuff, it's a rabbit hole.

Llama 3 70b is almost as good. Self-host it and sleep well at night.
