The meme is great, but I don't understand the bottom text.

Is OP saying they're completely unaware of systemic sexism in academia?

I wish I had a fraction of that positivity.

I interpreted it to be added because the last time this was posted (without "citation needed") someone in the comments pointed out that in real life, the woman on this air pistol team actually performed worse than the man and affected their final score.

Not sure the point is really conveyed without knowing that context. But also I don't think the original was that good either.

Wikipedia editors, but it's single square brackets, instead of double curry braces.

And also British-Indian dentistry equipment.

Many labs have grant writers who are not PhD's at all or even majors in the field. They are literally writers.
