This person should have a caregiver or social worker to explain to them why attire like this inappropriate and also maybe a therapist to deal with other shit going on there.
As horrific and stupid that t-shirt is, I almost think they deserve a very small kernel of credit for having the audacity to be upfront about who they really are.
