I mean, me too buddy, but I found a strong wholesome woman to be my girlfriend for that reason and don't fetishize happily married politicians as an outlet because I'm not weeeeeeird

Legitimately, is this fetishizing? I saw it as a reference to presidents tending to dramatically age while in office due to stress.

In relation to how trump/repub's talk about it: I interpret it as such, talking about "pants having a hard time" for a married 59yo woman who happens to have some power and is attractive at the same time definitely sounds misogynistic and reductive at best, and fetishizing/predatory in reality.

In the context of the meme I know they meant it complimentary, so its... less bad and more "wholesome" but still a bit ick.
