I think years of careful human interaction is pretty high quality. Imagine if a baby could only ever hear people arguing in the other room or reading Wikipedia entries.

I have an even better idea to lower the information quality. What if we make a magic little brick that beams 15seconds clips of people talking at 2x speed with subway surfers and Chinese propaganda straight into their eyeballs 24/7 as they mature.
