I see some of the shittier names are further up. There's a lot of names there I wouldn't apply to, but if they have a union... that could change the equation significantly.

Sometimes the reason unionization is popular is because the employer is just that bad. There's a saying that how's, "the employer is the best union organizer".

because they picked companies which haven't yet formed a union or just formed a minority union (like Google). Many other tech companies have already unionized.

On top of that, some of these companies have wild union busting strategies.

Also Blind is a shitty source.
