They make little keychain pill holders. They are small metal cylinders with a screw top and most pharmacy will have one.

This is the move. You can cut/pull apart a cotton ball and put some in there so they don't rattle around in there too
Plus one to this - I bought one of these early this year and it's a gamechanger. I take my keys everywhere, and I can fit a day's worth comfortably.
Depending on size of the pill and need for discretion, there are earplug cases that have a main compartment and a smaller one for spare parts. But nothing beats a real keychain pillcase if they're large or you need to keep multiple sets.
I got mine from Ali Express pretty cheap.
When I got my Steam Deck I started looking for a bag to carry it in. I found this Tomtoc Bag https://amzn.to/48FBA6j and it ended up being a nice way to carry it, my kindle, and meds. Being a guy it’s kinda hard to find something like a purse but not a purse because of stereotypes.
It's a SATCHEL

My wife has coined it my “Man Bag” in a rough Wild West draw.
These are by far my favorite, easily fits in my pocket (about the diameter of a US quarter) and it can’t come open while it is in there.
I keep an extra pill bottle with me and if there is more that one type of med in it I label the pill box so I have record if questioned.
Though I've never been questioned LOL 🤪
