The same (white) people are the ones who tell us not to talk about politics in mixed company because maybe someone may find out you’re a complete monster.
Yeah, and if you're white they'll be more open to you with how they really feel about immigrants/BIPOC/LGBTQ+ as long as it's in private.
That's how you get stories of white people getting caught off guard by other white people's racism.
I have experienced this personally so fucking many times. I am a very masc presenting, very white person. The only thing I lack is that fascist fade cut and combover or I could blend in perfectly fine with the richard spencers of the world. Blonde hair, blue eyes and all.
The shit people feel comfortable saying to me makes me actually hate white people in general and be generally distrustful around them.
It doesn't even surprise me anymore I just pretty much assume that unless proven otherwise all crackers deserve the wall.
It's disturbing. The fact of the matter is that you can't really trust those people. If they find out you are a communist, then they will rat you out to the authorities.
Those people will never allow white communists to exist, even if they share the same skin tone with you.
They'll happily send commies off to the camps, maybe even while reciting blue curtain quotes from Liberty Prime from the Fallouterinos. 
I pass as white-ish enough and speak articulately so a lot of white techbros around Silicon Valley felt comfortable enough to tell me about their feverish dreams of thousand-to-infinity year tech Reichs, too.
I'm talking "passive eugenics" suggestions like only giving social services to poor people with promising attributes 
or even just to their offspring who could be uplifted by apprenticeship with affluent mentors like themselves.

It all goes back to sexual proclivities and desire, from the race fetishism to the food comparisons to the "naughty" racism they "indulge" in. It's the same reason diets don't work, it's like they have a racism "cheat day" instead of changing their lifestyle.

Yes exactly. And, a time when you could feel racially progressive while simultaneously upholding economic apartheid. A time when white people were having fun, and felt their privileges were given fairly based on merit. What kind of self-infantilization is this? I've worked as a teacher before and kids weaponize their age all the time claiming "I'm just a little kid, I'm curious" when they try to barge into people in the bathroom or stuff like that when I need to immediately yell at them to get their attention. It's just sad seeing grown adults try to use a strategy that LITTLE KIDS use to DARVO a situation.
If you're in your 50s you were born after the Civil Rights movement.
