It doesn't matter what anyone does to try and protect anything. Trump has a blank check to do whatever he wants. You think some policy or law is going to stop him? Even if we sue every decision, the Supreme Court is in his pocket.

Unless that resistance includes armed insurrection, it's not going to do a damn bit of good. Full control over all three branches of federal government, and they'll make sure they implement their policies as quickly as possible.

You don't think at the very least when Biden was still running that they weren't seriously considering what to do if Trump won?

Even if not, they still have a couple of months before he's sworn in too

I think they all assumed they would win. I do believe they are that incompetent.

I mean, according to Trumps legal team the sitting president has total immunity, so Biden could just order the assassinations of Trump, his entire family and all co-conspiritors ..

The one real lever the Democrats have fed really is the filibuster in the Senate, and they damn well better learn to use it with the ease the Republicans have over the past couple decades.

The AGs can make a show at the state levels, but with the SCOTUS stacked as it is trying to sue for anything is theatrical at best.

The republicans will immediately get rid of the filibuster. How do people not understand this?

Shh, we don't talk about that...
