Borderline fascist. The ability to labor in the human sense necessitates an unlimited diversity of work the laborer can do. Individuals having a specific place due to their special abilities is just eugenics, which is an objectively incorrect theory. The closest thing humans have in this sense is reproductive roles but this should and must be overcome through developing the productive forces (it's also only a fraction of what humans do).
