Is there a chance he would serve any jail time at all, from any of these cases?

For the record I still don't think Trump himself will go to jail for this. I got pretty heavily down voted last time I said it and might have gotten deleted by a mod or something because I can't find it in my history. So, for posterity. No jail.

He's a wealthy, old, former president. The system is set up to be lenient to people exactly like him.

Until he’s behind bars it really doesn’t matter if it’s 1 or 1,000 charges against him. Lock him up and away from any type of social media interactions. Realistically this level of treason deserves a much more serious penalty.

I just finished reading every last word of the indictment. Interesting read. Trump and several of his co-conspirators are absolutely fucked (IMHO; I'm no lawyer).

When I got to the end of the document I noticed a particularly poetic coincidence: "45". As in, forty-five pages. President Forty-Five, the worst president this country has ever seen, and the first nail in his treasonous and metaphorical coffin ends with a sort of signature from the Defendent himself... 45.

The E. Jean Carroll trial for sexual assault and defamation where Trump was found liable and ordered to pay $5 million before immediately defaming her again resulting in a demand for $10 million is not listed as it's a civil case and not a crimimal one.

There are 6 co-conspirators - when will they be charged?

According to the indictment, the six co-conspirators consisted four attorneys, one Justice Department official, and a political consultant.

• "Co-Conspirator 1," is described as an attorney "who was willing to spread knowingly false claims and pursue strategies" that Trump's 2020 campaign attorneys would not pursue. (Rudy Giuliani)
• "Co-Conspirator 2," is described as an attorney who "devised" and tried to implement a strategy to leverage then-Vice President Mike Pence's largely ceremonial role in overseeing the the certification of Joe Biden's electoral victory on Jan. 6 to "obstruct the certification of the presidential election." • "Co-Conspirator 3," is described as an attorney whose election fraud claims Trump privately acknowledged to others sounded “crazy," but that Trump "embraced and publicly amplified" nonetheless. (Sidney Powell)
• "Co-Conspirator 4," is a Justice Department official who worked on civil matters, according to the indictment, and joined Trump in attempting to use the agency to "open sham election crime investigations and influence state legislatures with knowingly false claims of election fraud." • "Co-Conspirator 5," is described as an attorney who helped devise and attempt to implement a plan to submit fraudulent slates of presidential electors (Kenneth Chesebrol)
