Breadtube if it didn't suck.
Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.
A weekly watch party happens every Saturday (Sunday down under), with video nominations Saturday-Monday, voting Monday-Thursday. See the pin for whatever stage it's currently in.
We should watch this on Hextube sometime

I never saw this one before. Better now than never I guess. Does it still hold up post all the ACA reforms and such?
I watched it for the first time last night and it seems to hold up well enough to serve its purpose, at least in the broad strokes of "for profit healthcare/insurance is bad". Probably not a whole lot of new/surprising information for people who hang out here, but could be useful to share with anyone who is still afraid of/opposed to socialized medicine.
There are a few ironic bits from the UK talking about how people wouldn't tolerate reductions to the NHS. And they rightfully shit on Kaiser Permanente a bit, which I thought was funny since they are the lowest claim denial rate on that chart that's been circulating recently, so yeah...
I found a YouTube link in your post. Here are links to the same video on alternative frontends that protect your privacy:
