About 30% according to the Actuarial Tables. That said that is a general population measure. Biden has mild cognitive decline which brings is up, but is generally healthy and very wealthy so probably a little less. On the third hand, he's already on all the illegal nootropics that Hunter Biden can smuggle out of Caucasia so...
