I came across this wonderful brunch in Paris after walking a lot and being very hungry. I really enjoyed it.

Man as an Israeli, you guys don't know what a real humus is, and it's making me sad lol. But everything else looks great

I am lucky enough to have grown on a Lebanese cooking family and also to have traveled to the country and tried all possible Hummus variations. Now I have a good panoramic on how to cook my own favourite hummus at home. This was a decent one, tough. Never judge a hummus by its cover but by its taste!

Oh my god, what is the juice? This....is magnificent. I'm so hungry lol

Carrot/orange and ginger. My favourite that I also make at home. I strongly recommend also pinneaple with ginger / or a variation pinneaple with spinach.

There's something about looking at a neatly prepared table full of breakfast foods, pastries, and coffee that brings me a sense of joy.

Where is this? And what is the food in the bottom right dish?

À place called Twinkies at Paris. Seasoned tuna with garlic and some other spices.

That looks genuinely delightful

I genuinely enjoyed this and realised that I was somehow a live marketing strategy since they placed me on the terrace with this setup for everyone to watch when walking by my table. It worked, all the other tables got full in minutes.

Lol, well played honestly. I'm glad it was good 😊 I always really love a meal where you can take a little from a bunch of different things and have a lot of variety

Benedictine eggs?

Searching just comes up with eggs Benedict.

It sounds like a translation of the name from French to English.

Is that a regular size coffee? If not, that's a lot of food for one person.

It was a massive coffee.. Tbh not so much food after walking hours and being very hungry!
