Maybe? We don't have fish very often, and this was a recipe we wanted to try. If we get more cheap tilapia we could try it more uhhh naked!

You can add a bit of the pasta water with the butter to create an emulsion, then finish it by mixing in a bit of parmesan, and you've basically created alfredo sauce.
