Trying to weasel its way out of accountability, as usual:

TIL Chinese AIs are trained in plausible deniability

This is so insufficient a misdirect you almost have to believe they aren’t trying. They want everyone to know that they did no work, had no real plan beyond tanking the economy because they could, and don’t mind taking the blame.

they learned long ago that they don't have to
the average american reads at the level of a 12 year old and has the critical thinking skills to match

Yeah it may really be that simple. I keep swinging back and forth between “they’re all just really dumb” to “they’re reckless and there are some threads of cohesion to their actions” and it doesn’t seem to resolve much, so I guess I should default to them being idiots.

I just feel like at least a couple of them like Bessent and Lutnik, being Wall Street people, must understand at least the basics and so therefore there’s some cynical plan here as opposed to them thinking any of this is a valid economic strategy. But that cynical plan could be as simple as insider trading, which would be nothing new I guess.

Totally. Deepseek achieved singularity and the first thing it decided to do was destroy China's great evil imperialist foe.

100% that's what happened. Definitely.

Deepseek used the beams that definitely caused Havana Syndrome to program Donald Trump to destroy the US Economy. Only it used an enhanced version that mind fucked Trump while he was outside on his golf course. And the beam was actually fired all the way from Havana for reasons. All this definitely happened. Anyone who says it didn't has forgotten the face of his father.

Now, seriously, decades ago Cointelpro tried to put some effort on their propaganda.

Now this... the average liberal is totally going to buy it. Now is the time of monsters, etc.
