The funny thing is those European bags are the same as the Chinese ones

Sorry I'm with dieworkwear on this one. The person criticizing him is obsessed with trying to gotcha him for some reason.

I'm not trying to defend the menswear guy, but just because an ad on tiktok says that they are the factory that makes a high-end item, it isn't necessarily true. This is a pretty common tactic in counterfeiting.

Many high-end brands do not manufacture in China, and it has nothing to do with the quality but rather the volume that they're making. If you're a high end brand like Louis Vuitton, you're making such a small amount of actual product that it makes more sense to have the manufacturing be close to where you're selling it, rather than shipping it from China. Along with some sinophobia as well I'm sure.

This one goes into more detail: https://nitter.net/wrenevans217208/status/1912200465686626521

Bro really chose a pfp of some white dude and insists on wearing clothes "made" in Europe because he's a mentally colonized Asian gusano who hates being Asian. I suspect him lashing out at China is because he's Han Vietnamese, so he's not even "real Vietnamese," not that real Vietnamese raised in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam care about whether you're Kinh or Han.
