We always hear about people's bad habits but what's your good habit? Mine is whenever I have a meal that has vegetables in it I always eat that first. That way I get it out if the way then I can enjoy the rest of meal without having to worry about eating it.

I don't understand your explanation of your habit. It comes off as you don't like vegetables and are choking them down to get to what you like. Is that a correct interpretation? My wife just made the best dinner and all three items were green vegetables.

It's not that I don't like them but if I have a choice of eating vegetables VS eating a steak, I'd rather eat the steak

I weightlift 5 days a week, I only eat whole foods with veggies at every meal and always brush my teeth before bed.

I sprint stairs. Always. 3-5 a time, always have always will (until that future fateful day....)

[โ€“] kat_angstrom@lemmy.world 3 points 2 weeks ago (2 children)

Sprint up or sprint down? Cuz 5 stairs at a time up is mad talent

[โ€“] proudblond@lemmy.world 4 points 2 weeks ago

Five stairs at time down would break my ankles

I require physical evidence.

Never drinking too much. I have self control when it comes to that, but not food lol.

I always undo my laces before taking off my trainers.

No matter how tired I am, I always take a few seconds to untie my laces, because if I don't I'll wear through the heels and then I'll need new trainers.

I couldn't think of any good habits at all, but I do this too, so thanks. That's my best habit too.

I always get my coffee ready for the next day before I go to bed. Makes it easier to wake up on time when you know you have fresh coffee waiting!

Learn to cook the veggies right.

Some veggies taste better roasted. Experiment

I'm good with general personal upkeep. Always do the dishes right after every meal, always shower daily, brush my teeth twice a day, etc. I also try to have vegetables every meal, but sometimes I will skip if I'm too lazy to cook vegetables (I'm also not too sure as to what constitutes "eating your veggies" tbhโ€”do onions count? What about tomato sauce? etc)
