In 2018, while serving his 4th presidential term, Putin publicly declared that he wasn't going to run for the 3rd term (he forgot to count the first two, stuff like that happens, you know). He is now serving his 5th term.
Yeah, doesn't consider it because he decided already.
He's not considering because there will be no election.

In the mosh pit, if someone crosses a line, say they shove a small kid down or grab a girl by her breasts or throw a Nazi salute, the pit reacts.

That's a nice thought but in my experience the strongest members of the pit throw fists regardless of what anyone else does because they want to show everyone they're the strongest

I know better than to believe his lies.
We already know he lies, so the only reason to share what he says is if you want him to remain influential.
Also, there has been more than a few days' worth of data proving that he can't really be taken for granted for more than one and a half minutes.
