I'm so jealous of people that do this. I need to be this person. Stayed up very late and the neighbors (read: speculators) are doing construction very early Sunday morning. Clear code violation but regardless very inconsiderate.

Now I wish I would've slept early so I wouldn't have a sleep deficit.
