First, make sure your letterhead on all your documents explicitly points out that you're under color of MARITIME LAW. Next, be sure to state emphatically you don't recognize the judge's standing in the courtroom. Let them know that you are actually the judge presiding over the case and threaten the former-judge with contempt if they object. Finally, before you go to court, make a business card securing your position as the new presiding judge of the courtroom and, this is key, get it laminated!!!! They can't overturn your ascension to the bench as long as the card is laminated due to this making it impervious to all written law.

Congratulations. You just won your case.

For extra credibility, make sure to use Comic sans for all of your documents.

If you need to be told this, you're at the "beginner" phase. Study up.

That's some real main character syndrome right there. "I'll be the one to make a massive change! I just need a little help to point me in the right direction."

Even if his strawman-for-cash theory was true, he’s hoping the other side makes his case for him.

It’s like saying “I don’t need to prove my case, I just need them to admit I’m right”.

That's the Moorish sovcit greeting.

What great timing to run into another SovCit traffic stop! I have the link set to go right to the SovCit section, but the stuff preceding it is also interesting.

When Entitled Karens Get Served INSTANT KARMA

Edit: I was looking to see if they've been to court yet, and found this gem:

Fairwinds Credit Union V. Laralynne M Nabozny, Et Al

Guess she could find the law to support defaulting on payments either. What a fun couple.
