One of the carrot dudes is the actor Steven Seagal who made like 1 good movie in the 80s and then wasted the rest of his life by posing as a martial arts master and behaving very inappropriately around other cultures.
Wow if you hadn't said so I wouldn't have recognised him at all! I'm not surprised about Lukashenko since his is not a face I'm familiar with but I've seen a few Seagal movies
