Tons of Jewish people use the triple parentheses on their names as a way to reclaim it. This is probably just another settler in occupied Palestine cheering for the extermination of the indigenous people.
I don't know how successful that "reclamation" is though, if anything, it just seems to help nazis because they can go onto forums with a name like (((Greedystein88))) and insist that they are Jewish so it is "fine" and then spread antisemitic bullshit. (I have literally seen this happen on forums and had to ban a few of these myself from places I moderate)
I've seen some people compare it to black people reclaiming the n word or LGBTQ people reclaiming queer but neither of those words are online-only. It just clearly doesn't work the same when anonymity is involved.
