Doesn't that conflict with their AGPL license?
If I understand the license correctly: no, if they completely rewrite the code for thei new non-open source version and get rid of any line that were developed using AGPL license.
That means they are gonna rewrite everything? Damn. That's heavy
Just the things others contributed. Unless they somehow get permission from all of their contributors, which, in this case, seems less than likely.
