hong konger here! the beef balls certainly taste better than they look; they're very abundant here as a hotpot ingredient. idk about the sausage, but it looks like a standard chicken frank.
The color of the meats makes it look rancid. I would have to pass on that, but I wonder how the sauce tastes.
