Re-route power to the shields, emit a tachyon pulse through the deflector, and post all the nonsense you want. Within reason of course.
~ 1. No bigotry. This is a Star Trek community. Remember that diversity and coexistence are Star Trek values. Any post/comments that are racist, anti-LGBT, or generally "othering" of a group will result in removal/ban.
~ 2. Keep it civil. Disagreements will happen both on lore and preferences. That's okay! Just don't let it make you forget that the person you are talking to is also a person.
~ 3. Use spoiler tags.
Use spoiler tags in comments, and NSFW checkbox for posts.
This applies to any episodes that have dropped within 3 months prior of your posting. After that it's free game.
~ 4. Keep it Trek related. This one is kind of a gimme but keep as on topic as possible.
~ 5. Keep posts to a limit. We all love Star Trek stuff but 3-4 posts in an hour is plenty enough.
~ 6. Try to not repost. Mistakes happen, we get it! But try to not repost anything from within the past 1-2 months.
~ 7. No General AI Art. Posts of simple AI art do not 'inspire jamaharon'
~ 8. No Political Upheaval. Political commentary is allowed, but please keep discussions civil. Read here for our community's expectations.

Space monkey! slaps the back of your head
Further on the posted meme:
Duncan McNeill knew about the "Robert" bias and simply lied about his first name during casting saying it was indeed "Robert". While this landed him the role it required the actor to legal change his name to "Robert Duncan McNeill" to be able to cash the paychecks Paramount was giving him for his acting work.

Meanwhile Tim Russ is standing in a corner hoping nobody notices him
tim is short for robertim
Tim is AAVE (African-American Vernacular English) for Robert
Chrises Pine, Pratt, Evans, and Hemsworth have entered the chat.
Too bad he wasn't a Jeffrey... Those guys get all the fun roles.
Fun fact about that one:
Numerous actors have applied for Star Trek supporting acting roles and been cast, but then the actors simply disappeared without a trace, never to be heard from again. However, on the first day of shooting Jeffery Combs has always been immediately available and already has all of the lines of the character the missing actors have meant to play. Its uncanny! Directors desperate to meet tight shooting schedules, Combs is always accepted and plays the roles perfectly hitting all marks and delivering a consistent knock out performance. There's probably more to it than this, but it would take someone smarter that me to figure it out.

You forgot a crucial detail: He could appear out of nowhere because he lives in Jeffries tubes
Scientists have since figured out that furthest possible point from "Robert" on the matrix of human names is "Genevieve Bujold.".
Yes, but her middle name is Robéŕt
I have absolutely no reason to doubt this story.

I like this. I'm running with it.
Garret = Carrot = 萝卜 = 罗伯 = Robert
If true, they may of gave this a nod in the game Zelda: breath of the wild where you have find people with son in their names to work for a construction company. Neat to find these references.
is someone talking about the Bobbys?
