You genuinely asking? I think this is bts from the scene with Feyds birthday fight with the captured Atredes, the scene was shot with infrared? Cameras to give it a alien look of balvk and white and I'm assuming he had to wear some mouth guard this for the effect to look good or just coz it looks amazing in that scene.

You right! I guess I took it as part of that scene specifically but yea re watching some scenes he does seem to ha e black teeth thought the movie.
