As the founding fathers intended. Tallyho, lads!

Y'all are wrong, .50 bmg is the best home defense caliber.

[–] seahorse@midwest.social 5 points 2 years ago

.50 BMG ratshot

.45 ACP is the only thing you need to know about pistols

Suppressed subsonic .300blk is what I would say if I could get a suppressor in any reasonable amount of time.

A 3d printer could get you one fairly quickly, but the ATF also wants their money if you do

I'm okay with spending some money. I'm not okay with the wait time being measured in years.

I e-filed and it took 3 months. I realize this is shorter than average, but usually the only applications that take over a year or close to it are paper applications.

I e-filed for the SBR thing when they made my legally purchased brace pistol illegal a year ago. The status of my application hasn't changed in an entire year.

Really?? Mine got approved in 30 days

[–] Anticorp@lemmy.world 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

Yup! I check every 3 months or so, and it's still in the pending application section. I just checked again after posting that, and it's still pending! Do you know if there's a way to contact them?

[–] seahorse@midwest.social 2 points 1 year ago (1 children)

There should be a number you can call. Did you e-file?

[–] FlexibleToast@lemmy.world 1 points 2 years ago

Oh, interesting... I've only heard the horror stories of people waiting outrageously long times.

Why not a bunch of ball bearings launched by a shaped charge conveniently setup behind the front and back door using a tripwire?

[–] _lilith@lemmy.world 3 points 2 years ago (1 children)

tell em you run a .40 caliber glock because you like the recoil

[–] Canadian_Cabinet@lemmy.ca 4 points 2 years ago
