This game was it's year's sleeper hit for me. It really is good, despite the story being a bit cheesy at times.

That game had no right to beat DSR for sound design.

The entire game of Hi-Fi Rush was amazing audio design.

It was a gimmick. Execeptionally Well executed gimmick? Yes. It took creative vision and the commitment to see it through and that is important, But DSR is just on another level. It's like Ozymandius VS Dr Manhattan.

They're going for different things, so it's not even apples to apples, but if any game had a right to beat , it's probably the one that revolves around its sound design.
