PLA generals? Member when they tried making them out of teracotta? I don't think 3d printing is going to make them any more effective... but personally, I'd go with ASA. better UV resistance and they don't melt in sunlight.

(/s, before people remind me PLA stands for people's liberation army. it also stands for polylactic acid- a common 3d printing material.)

These are either wartime consiglieries or people better at preserving an economic status quo that greatly benefits China and is getting better for them every year.

Only an idiot would disrupt that.

Edit: a prideful idiot - checks notes - like authoritarian leaders can often be.
