Having watched the video I can confirm that's probably the smart move.
The boogers that bite back
Honestly, in spite of all the icky endoscopic parts, the worst part of the video was the guy saying he's still going to touch fish, he'll just try to be a little better about not rinsing his hands in river water then touching his face.
