A friend came to me in my dreams to tell me he was dead. And he was. At least a decade prior (his death was a surprise) he told me that if he died first, and it was possible to get a message through, he would.

No because I don't believe people who are dead can communicate with the living.

I don't know why, but I first just thought this as finding some old note the person had written whilst alive.

A late friend joined our IRC channel a few years ago. It was quite upsetting at first, before realising it was a member of his family starting up his computer.
